Before You Apply for a Return
Most return requests we receive come from owners who haven't given the product enough time. DailyBond works cumulatively — the first two weeks are for breath, weeks three to four are when you start seeing visible change on the teeth, and dogs with heavier existing buildup need six to eight weeks of daily use before results become obvious.
If you're inside your first month and not seeing results yet, that's expected. It doesn't mean it isn't working. Email us at info@dailybond.co before starting a return — in most cases we can help troubleshoot, adjust the routine, or advise based on your dog's specific situation. A real person responds within 2 business days.
If you've genuinely given it a consistent run and it hasn't worked for your dog, we want to know about it. The process below exists for those cases.
What We Don't Cover
We cannot process refunds for:
Returns Within 14 Days — Your Legal Right
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your order for any reason, provided the product is unopened and unused.
To arrange a return within this window:
Email info@dailybond.co with your order ID and reason. We'll confirm within 2 business days. You then have a further 14 days to send the product back.
Return shipping is at your cost. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
Once the unopened product is received and inspected, a refund of the product cost will be issued within 5–7 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Returns Beyond 14 Days — The Documentation Process
If you are outside the standard 14-day return window and wish to claim a refund on the basis that the product did not work, you must provide the following documentation in full. Incomplete submissions will not be processed.
Required documentation:
Send everything to info@dailybond.co with the subject line: Refund Request — [Your Order ID]
We will review your submission within 5 business days and respond with a decision.
If your claim is approved:
Beyond 3 months from purchase date, no refund can be issued under any circumstances.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, email us at info@dailybond.co within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and your order ID. We'll sort it immediately at no cost to you.
