Why Subscription — And Why We're Being Straight With You About It
DailyBond works because of daily consistency. One scoop, every day. That's the whole mechanism — and it's also why a one-off purchase rarely gets the results a subscription does. Dogs whose owners commit to the routine are the ones whose vets start commenting at checkups.
Subscription exists because it's genuinely the right way to use this product. Not because we want to trap you.
We offer a lower price on subscription because you're committing to the routine — and that commitment is what gets results. The discount reflects that. We're transparent about this because we think you deserve to know exactly what you're signing up for, rather than discovering it later.
If at any point you want to pause, adjust, or cancel — you can. We just ask you to email us. No chatbot. No cancellation gauntlet. A real person responds within 2 business days.
That said, there is one condition worth knowing upfront: if you cancel before your first renewal, the discount from your initial order is recovered. The reason is simple — that price only works as part of an ongoing arrangement. One order at the subscription rate isn't something we can sustain. We'd rather tell you that now than have it come as a surprise.

Questions We Get Asked Before Subscribing
Will my dog actually eat it?
This is the most common concern — and the most consistently answered one in our reviews. DailyBond is unflavoured by design. It has no smell, no taste, and no texture that registers differently in food. Out of thousands of customers, refusal is genuinely rare — including from dogs whose owners describe them as impossible to supplement. If your dog rejects it, our returns policy covers you.
What's actually in it — is it safe for long-term daily use?
Four active ingredients, nothing else. MAXASCO® Ascophyllum nodosum — a clinically studied seaweed extract with VOHC-recognised evidence for plaque reduction. An oral probiotic complex (Bacillus velezensis and Lactobacillus plantarum) that works at the microbiome level where dental disease actually starts. Sodium tripolyphosphate, which prevents plaque hardening into tartar. And green tea and pomegranate extract for gum support and breath. No fillers, no artificial additives, no preservatives. Every ingredient is chosen because the research supports it — not because it looks good on a label.
Is there actual research behind this or is it just marketing?
The core ingredient — Ascophyllum nodosum — has peer-reviewed clinical data behind it and is recognised by the Veterinary Oral Health Council, which is the independent body that evaluates dental health claims for pet products. That's not a badge you can buy. Sodium tripolyphosphate has decades of dental research behind it in both human and veterinary contexts. How long before I see a difference?

How Your Subscription Works
When you purchase DailyBond on a subscription basis, you receive a discounted price in exchange for an ongoing supply arrangement. Your chosen supply length (30, 60, or 90 days) determines your billing cycle — you'll be automatically charged at the same discounted rate at the start of each new cycle.
The discount applied to your subscription reflects the commitment of an ongoing arrangement. It is the reason we're able to offer that price.
Cancelling Your Subscription
To cancel, email us at info@dailybond.co using the template below. We do not offer cancellation through any other method.
We'll confirm your cancellation within 2 business days.
Important: If you wish to cancel before your first renewal has processed, the discount you received on your initial order will be recovered. You will be charged the difference between the subscription price paid and the standard one-time price for the supply you received. This is because the discounted price was made possible by the subscription arrangement — cancelling before the first renewal means that condition wasn't met.
After your first renewal has been processed, you may cancel at any time at no additional cost.
Pausing Your Subscription
If you'd like to pause rather than cancel — for example if you're travelling or have supply remaining — email us at info@dailybond.co and we'll arrange it. Include your pause request in the subject line.
